Wine with Professor Gladstone Hutchinson

Professor Gladstone Hutchinson of Lafayette College (USA) is helping revive academic and development ties between Moldova and Lafayette that began in the final years of the Soviet era. His students in Development Studies have worked with communities across the United States, Latin America, Africa, and Moldova, advising on local economic development and community resilience. For several years, Professor Hutchinson has also supported the Eco-Răzeni in Moldova.

Conversation will explore:
the economics of the commons and community governance;
entrepreneurship and local economic development;
practical lessons from international development projects.

After a short introduction, the floor opens for an informal discussion and networking over wine.
