Tekwill Academy is launching the soft skills classes. Dana Muntean will guide you on how to become your own coach. Dana completed the Advanced Coaching course from Oxford University, worked for Google UK and now she is at Facebook.

What is coaching?
Coaching is the ability to self-assess and improve. Whether you are just curious about coaching, have a little understanding of what it involves, would like to develop some core skills in it to use in your work, or think it might be useful in parenting, or as a life skill, this is the course for you.

Course Objectives:
• To introduce students to the fundamentals of coaching
• To increase students’ self-awareness and self-reflection
• To provide students with tools that they can use to coach themselves and others

Course Organisation:
• 3 hours of workshop that covers both theory and exercises

Grading plan
• no grades or exams
• students will be their own evaluators and will identify their next steps for personal and professional development
