Mentor description:

Ghenadie has 7 years of experience in Project Management varying from NGO’s, Cultural and Educational Events, Software Development and Startups. He has managed over 30 projects with more than 100 people from Moldova, United States, and Germany. Though his career started with NGO’s during the university as a member of the Students’ Alliance of Moldova and ASEM Student Senate, his recent experience was being a Senior IT Project Manager at YOPESO Moldova for 3 years (currently Ellation Moldova). He was delivering iOS apps to an audience of over 40 million people worldwide with a usage of more than 200,000 users daily.
Currently, Ghenadie is working on his own e-commerce startup providing custom printed clothes to people in the US and Canada. He can share insights on how to effectively manage a project and a team both in a big company or in small startups that are just starting their journey.
