This weekend, March 28-29, is dedicated to artisanal excellence brought from Horodiște directly to the heart of Chișinău. Thierry Ernst offers you a multisensory experience: handcrafted fondue, created from an original recipe, melted and served hot, straight from the oven, in special wooden boxes.

We invite you to the only Bar à Fromage in the capital where you can enjoy a unique dish in Moldova, within a rooftop setting offering a spectacular panoramic view.

The experience includes:

*Live Gastronomic Show: Thierry Ernst personally preparing his refined fondue recipe.

*Authenticity: Cheese matured at our own manufacture, served with crusty bread or potatoes.

*Curated Selection: Author wines that highlight the local terroir.
