Believe in Christmas

We believe in magic, we believe in people, we believe in Christmas… Right for which we traditionally celebrate Christmas dinner: around a festive meal, surrounded by relatives and friends.
For Thursday, 24.12.2020, Chef Roman Batin has prepared a special Christmas menu of 5 traditional dishes that will be nicely accompanied by the right wine from @Fautor Winery

Dinner menu:

1. Olivier salad with shrimps blanched in white wine and Saint Jacques
2. Quail with gnocchi cooked in coconut butter and caramel sauce
3. Confi trout fish with truffle polenta and rosemary ice cream
4. Gluntwein ice cream
5. Beef Wellington
6. Tart with orange marmalade and cinnamon ice cream

For Christmas Day (25.12.2020), we will serve Christmas Brunch in a festive buffet.
Price/person | 500 lei
