By using this site, you agree to the following terms:
1. The design, logo and pages of this site are the property of The Company.
2. The Company reserves the right to make any change to the content of the site without any notice.
3. The content of this site is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. It is prohibited to copy or use it in any other way without the prior written consent of The Company.
4. Fest.md does not guarantee the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the information exposed on the site.

Fest.md stores some personal data, as follows:
Personal data stored on Fest.md is not shared with third party entities, except some cases of purchased tickets when that data might be shared with the corresponding event organizers with the purpose of ticket check at the admission to the event.
You can delete all of your personal data from Fest.md by going to "My Account" page and clicking the "Delete account" link on that page.
TICKETS:
Sale:
Tickets sale is handled by "TENERVENT" SRL, having its principal office in Chișinău, 124 C. Brâncuși str.
Return of tickets:
You can return your tickets at no charge with at least 3 days in advance of the event, according to the following rules:
- Refund of payments done with a card is executed to you card.
- Refund of cash or payment terminal payments is done in cash.
- Tickets delivery fee is non refundable.
