Mr. Vladimir Stajilov is a tech entrepreneur, business analyst and data scientist from the Republic of Moldova. He has a really versatile experience in mobile development, enterprise software, and data science. It's a well-known fact that Mr. Stajilov successfully combines engineering skills and management skills.

Besides his own ventures, he has built partnerships with associates from all around the globe, from Spain to Israel, mostly in the high-tech/IT sector. At the moment he is the CEO at his own venture - CYBER WHALE, and in the meantime does some research in AI.

Throughout the years he held operational and executive positions at international and local start-ups and now he is mostly focused on Business Intelligence and Machine Learning as daily activity and academic research topic.
