Eminescu 185

The year 2025 marks 185 years since the birth of the great poet. We couldn’t overlook this occasion and will dedicate one of the festival evenings to the poet’s deeply musical verses the “Morning Star” of our literature.

Poems will be read by various personalities from Chișinău’s cultural scene, accompanied on piano by Marcel Lazăr. Some of the poems will be paired with the music of Erik Satie, as this year also marks 100 years since the composer’s passing.
