Candlelight Music Night

"Candlelight Music Night" - an exceptional musical event and a premiere in the Republic of Moldova.

Together with the Moldovan National Youth Orchestra, Catalina Cara will bring an evening of musical magic to the "Mihai Eminescu" National Theatre in Chisinau. "Candlelight Music Night," is a conceptual concert that promises to be a unique musical experience.

Catalina Cara, known for her impressive vocal skills, will bring her audience a varied repertoire, including musical reinterpretations of songs from her album "Leap Year Baby," along with international Christmas songs. This musical event will be accompanied by approximately 20 talented musicians from the Moldovan National Youth Orchestra, providing a truly special musical experience.

One of the distinctive aspects of the event will be the magical atmosphere created by over 1000 candles. As the winter holiday season starts soon, the organisers aim to bring the warmth and beauty of quality music into people's homes. This event is set to become the start of an annual tradition called "Candlelight Music Night."

Catalina Cara is a talented performer who has received rave reviews both locally and internationally from Europavox, Soho Radio, Nexus Radio, Kronendach, Elle Romania, Glamour Magazine, Clubbing TV, Bandcamp and more. Her music has also been included in over 10,000 international playlists on Spotify. She has performed at prestigious festivals in Romania such as Electric Castle, Summerwell, Analogue, Romanian Creative Week and others. In addition, Catalina is the first artist from both Moldova and Romania to perform at The NAMM Show in Los Angeles in April 2023, where she did 6 shows.

Moldovan National Youth Orchestra founded in 2011, brings together the most talented young instrumentalists from Moldova and Romania. The project aims to give young musicians the opportunity to develop professionally and present valuable artistic performances to the public.
